1. Agreement and scope
These Terms of Use govern your download and use of Golzarion Pregnancy Organizer (the “App”), provided by Golzarion (“we”, “us” or “our”). By using the App, you agree to these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is offered free of charge and without advertising.
These Terms specifically govern use of the App. If there is an inconsistency between these Terms and general terms published on the Golzarion corporate website in relation to use of this App, these app-specific Terms apply to the extent of that inconsistency, subject to applicable law.
2. Personal organisation only — no medical advice
The app is intended solely for personal organisation, record-keeping and date calculation. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. It does not provide medical advice, clinical assessments, treatment or medication-dose recommendations. It must not be used to make medical decisions or as an emergency service.
Pregnancy ages and estimated due dates are calculations based on the dates you enter, including any date supplied by your clinician. They are estimates, not clinical determinations or guarantees of a delivery date. Birth may occur before or after the estimated date.
Always obtain medical guidance from a qualified healthcare professional. For a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services.
3. Your entries and calculations
You are responsible for entering and checking the information and dates you use with the App. The App does not independently verify your entries, assess your health or determine whether information entered by you or another person is clinically correct.
Do not rely on the App as a substitute for advice, instructions or records provided by a qualified healthcare professional.
4. Local records and backups
Personal records used by the App are designed to remain under your control on your device and are protected by local security measures. You are responsible for protecting your device, App access credentials and any backup passphrase you create.
Where the App provides an encrypted backup, you are responsible for keeping its passphrase safe. Golzarion cannot recover a lost backup passphrase and does not guarantee recovery of records after device loss, damage, reset, replacement or other data loss.
Golzarion does not operate an account-based cloud backup or sync service for pregnancy records. Device, operating-system or third-party backup and transfer behaviour may depend on the platform, device, provider and user settings and may be outside Golzarion’s control.
Pausing the organiser does not itself delete records. Copies you separately save, export or share must be managed by you.
6. Licence and intellectual property
Golzarion Pregnancy Organizer is protected by copyright. © 2026 Golzarion. All rights reserved. The application's original code, design, branding, documentation and related Golzarion-created materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party components remain subject to their respective licences and rights.
Subject to these Terms and applicable law, Golzarion gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to install and use the App for lawful personal purposes. The App, name, logo, design and associated content remain owned by Golzarion or their respective licensors. This does not give Golzarion ownership of your personal records or information.
You may not misrepresent ownership, remove rights notices or unlawfully distribute modified versions of the app.
The licence granted under these Terms ends if you materially breach these Terms, subject to applicable law.
7. Availability, updates and changes
We may maintain, update, modify or discontinue features, subject to applicable law. Compatibility and behaviour may change because of operating-system, device or third-party changes, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or compatibility with every device or service.
Non-English translations were prepared with AI assistance and have not all been independently reviewed by fluent human reviewers. Wording may be incorrect or unclear. See our Contact Us page for translation enquiries; do not rely on an App translation for medical instructions.
If these Terms materially change, the revised Terms will show an updated effective date. Where appropriate or required by applicable law, Golzarion will provide reasonable additional notice before materially changed terms take effect.
8. Consumer rights and liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law where it applies.
Subject to those rights and to the extent permitted by law, Golzarion is not responsible for loss arising from inaccurate user entries, lost App access credentials or backup passphrases, user-directed third-party sharing, unavailable third-party services or matters outside Golzarion’s reasonable control. This limitation does not apply to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
9. Applicable law and contact
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of Victoria, Australia, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply in your location.
The courts of Victoria, Australia have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory right you may have to bring a claim elsewhere.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
