1. Who we are and what this policy covers
Golzarion Pregnancy Organizer (the “App”) is provided by Golzarion, an Australian business. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in connection with the App.
Use of the Golzarion website and voluntary communications with Golzarion are separate from the App’s local pregnancy records and may involve ordinary website hosting, security and communication services. See the Golzarion website Privacy Policy for website practices.
2. Information you choose to enter
The App processes an optional preferred name, the first day of the last menstrual period, an optional clinician-provided estimated due date, your chosen calculation basis, pregnancy-date calculations and active or paused organiser status. These records can reveal sensitive health-related information. You do not need to enter a legal name or create a Golzarion account.
The App also stores display choices such as language, calendar, number format, light or dark appearance and encouragement visibility, and local security settings. Backup and restore activity includes local information needed to manage those operations.
3. Offline operation
The App’s core functions are designed to work offline. Golzarion does not automatically receive your pregnancy records or operate an account-based cloud sync service for them.
The App does not use advertising or behavioural analytics services to track or profile users.
Installation and updates through Google Play, services you deliberately choose for sharing or storage, website visits and messages you voluntarily send to Golzarion are separate activities and may be handled under the relevant provider’s privacy practices.
4. Security on your device
The App uses local access controls and encrypted storage intended to reduce unauthorised access to personal records. You should also protect your device and App credentials.
Encrypted backups, where available, use a separate user-selected passphrase. You are responsible for keeping that passphrase safe. No security mechanism can eliminate every risk, particularly where a device, operating system or credential has been compromised.
6. Storage, retention and deletion
Pregnancy records handled by the App remain under the user’s control through the controls available in the App and on the device. Pausing the organiser does not itself delete records.
Clearing App data, uninstalling the App or using available deletion controls may remove local App records, depending on device and platform behaviour. Golzarion cannot remotely inspect, recover, change or delete pregnancy records that it does not receive or control.
Information that you separately copy, save, export, back up or share may remain with the relevant device, recipient or third-party service and must be managed separately.
7. Children’s privacy and third-party services
The App is intended for personal pregnancy organisation and is not specifically directed at children.
Android, Google Play and any messaging, email, storage or other third-party service you deliberately use operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

When you voluntarily submit an enquiry through the Contact Us form, Golzarion may receive the name, contact information, enquiry category and message information that you choose to provide.
The Contact Us form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated abuse. Cloudflare may process technical information necessary to provide this security service under its applicable privacy practices.
That information may be used to respond to the enquiry, investigate reported issues, improve the App where appropriate, and meet applicable legal or business-record obligations.
Please do not submit unnecessary health records, passwords, PINs or backup passphrases.
Retention of enquiries
Support and privacy correspondence will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to or resolve the enquiry, maintain appropriate business records, comply with applicable law, or establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Information that is no longer reasonably required will be deleted or de-identified where appropriate.
9. International users and your rights
The App may be made available in multiple countries. Privacy and consumer-protection rights may differ depending on your location.
Where applicable law gives you rights in information that Golzarion itself receives, you may use the Contact Us page to exercise those rights.
Golzarion generally cannot provide remote access to, correction of or deletion of pregnancy records that it does not receive or control.

When submitting an enquiry, please provide enough information for us to understand the issue but do not include unnecessary sensitive health information, medical records, passwords, PINs or backup passphrases.
We aim to respond to privacy complaints within a reasonable period.
Where the Privacy Act 1988 applies and you are not satisfied with Golzarion’s response, you may have the right to contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, Golzarion’s information-handling practices or applicable requirements change.
The current version will be published here with an updated effective date.
If a change materially affects how Golzarion handles personal information it receives, additional notice will be provided where appropriate or required by law.
